The Hiring Process

Our recruitment process for providing manpower in Nepal involves several key steps:

Employer’s Initial Contact

The employer initiates the process by sending us an email with detailed information including the job description, number of workers required, salary package, and additional benefits. This email should also outline terms, conditions, and any necessary documentation. 

We will then prepare the required legal documents, including a demand letter. This demand letter, along with other documentation, must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Nepal Embassy in the employer’s country.

Pre-Approval

Upon receiving the attested documents, we proceed to obtain pre-approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE). This pre-approval is crucial for formally initiating the recruitment process.


Interview

Shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews conducted by the employer or recruitment officer. Candidates who are selected will sign the job offer. If a trade test is necessary, we will organize it according to the employer’s specifications.


Medical Examination

The selected candidates must complete a medical checkup at clinics authorized by the Nepal Government. They will also receive necessary vaccinations to ensure their health and safety.

Vacancy Announcement

We advertise the job openings through various channels like newspapers, radio, TV, SMS, and social media. Interested candidates apply for the positions.

Review and Shortlisting

We forward the applications and CVs to the employer for review. The employer will then shortlist candidates for interviews.

Departure

Once selected, candidates will depart from Nepal to their new workplace.

Visa Processing and Orientation

Candidates obtain their visas and attend orientation classes, which cover job responsibilities, work environment, language, culture, and labor laws of the host country. Final approval from DOFE is then secured.
