Our Recruitment Process
We follow a rigorous 7-step process to ensure ethical, efficient, and government-compliant recruitment for overseas employment.

Employers submit workforce requirements via email or official channels. We analyze demands and verify alignment with Nepal’s Foreign Employment Act.

Publish approved job vacancies (pre-approval from the Department of Foreign Employment, DoFE) in national newspapers and digital platforms.

Shortlisted candidates undergo interviews conducted by employer representatives or our team to assess skills and suitability.

Mandatory health checkups for selected candidates at government-authorized medical centers to meet international employment standards.

Facilitate visa processing and mandatory pre-departure orientation (approved by DoFE). Candidates receive training on workplace ethics, cultural norms, and contractual rights.

Partner with trusted travel agencies to manage flights, accommodation, and logistics for a hassle-free journey.

Finalize documentation, clear service fees (if applicable), and deploy candidates with post-placement support for smooth onboarding.
