How We Recruit

At Sun Ray Global Overseas, our recruitment process is designed to ensure you find the perfect candidate for your needs, efficiently and hassle-free. Here’s how we manage it:

  1. Application Collection: We utilize our comprehensive and up-to-date databank, alongside targeted advertisements in national newspapers and social media platforms, to attract qualified candidates.

  2. Screening Process: Our recruitment committee meticulously reviews applications based on your specific requirements.

  3. Shortlisting: We forward the CVs of shortlisted candidates to you for review and consideration.

  4. Interview and Selection: The final interview and selection are conducted by you. We provide full support and handle logistics throughout this stage.

  5. Medical Examination: Selected candidates undergo a medical examination at an authorized hospital or clinic. Only those deemed fit for foreign employment proceed to the visa process.

  6. Deployment: Once we receive all necessary documents, including visa copies, we ensure the candidates are deployed within 3 weeks.

Additional Services

  • Document Assistance: We help selected candidates organize all required documents.
  • Flight Arrangements: After obtaining visa copies, we arrange flight schedules.
  • Ticketing and Immigration Clearance: If the employer does not provide Pre-Departure Allowance (PTA), we obtain necessary immigration clearance from the Department of Labour and complete all required departure formalities.
  • Pre-Departure Orientation: We conduct orientation sessions to prepare candidates for their roles abroad, covering duties, working conditions, and relevant local laws.

Guarantees

  • Timely Deployment: We commit to deploying manpower on time, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as flight availability.
  • Replacement Assurance: Should any worker be deemed technically unfit by the employer, we take responsibility for their return and replacement.

Week 1

  • Client Inquiry
  • CV Collection
  • Draft legal documents

Week 2

  • CV selected by clients
  • Schedule Interview
  • The Legal documents are sent to the chamber of commerce and Nepal embassy for attestation

Week 3

  • Interview is Conducted
  • Offer Letter Issued and signed
  • After the legal documents are attested. pre-approval from the Department of Labour is received
  • Medical Test and Police Report gets underway

Week 4

  • Apply for Visa at the Embassy of the Employer’s country
  • Obtain Labour Clearance for the candidates
  • Flight booking by the Client
  • Candidates depart to country of employment
